Managing People

One of the things noticed about our company is the value we place on people, not only those within our company but also those we sub contract. As a result we employ a team over 100 highly professional staff embodying the various skills and disciplines equal to every task. We only work with support services who understand the nature of our business and are prepared to learn through experience and adapt to future design. We also encourage feedback from both staff and clients on everything we do.

Investing in People

A major part of our company policy is investing in the future by encouraging the younger generation into our profession. By linking up with the local Colleges and Universities, we currently employ graduates to experience on site job training alongside their time spent studying. Equipped with the necessary technical,management and communication skills many of our apprentices have taken up project manager positions and then continue to progress with us in what is a very challenging industry. Hopefully you’ve had a chance to read through our site and found out more about the Sale Group and the type of career opportunities available.
