Since we formed in the year 2000, we have grown into one of the largest family-owned businesses specialising in building services that can carry out multiple mechanical and maintenance services to a multitude of high profile and lucrative buildings and clients. Even with the impressive growth that we have worked hard to achieve, our priority is always to keep the family-run, caring atmosphere that our staff and clients find so important and which helps us not only stand out from the crowd but improves our performance.
Our project values range up to over £6 million across a wide range of sectors including fast track CAT A & B fit outs including new and refurbishment offices, health and welfare, leisure, retail, historic and sound studios. Even though our projects are getting larger we work hard to ensure that clients at every level are serviced whilst maintaining our user-friendly approach and attitude to client focus.
With turnover currently nearing £40 million, we have continued to branch out with new clients, specialties, disciplines and ensuring to keep up with all the lasted accreditations to ensure we are market leaders in quality of workmanship whist still maintaining the highest standard for the health, safety and welfare of all our staff which is paramount.
We employ up to 100 of the best engineering and support staff to ensure all work is undertaken both efficiently and consistently providing peace of mind for our clients. We have invested heavily in not only training for our Project delivery teams but also in our highly skilled designers, BIM & CAD technicians and support staff to ensure we provide the high-quality standard throughout every element of our work.
Our core values play an integral part in being able to provide the highest level of quality and support throughout all our projects. From building and maintaining relationships with our clients and suppliers, to aiding the community, as well as providing the tools, to continually excel and develop. Our values help us to always further and improve as we strive to become the best at what we do.
Our employees are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to making sure all our employees are valued and given the support and opportunities they need to allow them to become the best in what they do. We have also invested over £100k in making sure we have the most up to date technology to increase productivity and efficiency, this allows us to give our clients the best experience possible when working with us.
Big enough to support, small enough to care. We are committed to supporting our client’s needs, no matter how large or small the project is. By forming close inter-personal relationships with our clients and subcontractors, we gain a better understanding of the needs of our clients and how best we can support them – providing an end result which is better in both the short and long term.
As the industry is changing to become more sustainable, we are taking steps to also help protect our planet. We are developing a strategy to help make a change and protect the environment for many years to come. As well as already being awarded ISO14001 we are passionate about doing all we can to help reduce our carbon footprint by working with our clients, consultants, and signing up with the Supply Chain sustainability school to influence change and processes on the way we operate and carry out our Projects.
