We have some very exciting news and structural changes made at Sale Service & Maintenance Ltd which we would like to announce. On 4th May 2021 our new Southern regional office opens which will allow us to focus on the increased demand for works in the Southern, South West and Thames Valley regions. The Southern Office which is based in Lakeside, Portsmouth, will still remain under the Sale Service & Maintenance Ltd umbrella. With the new office addition, we are also very pleased and proud to announce the following promotions and Business structure changes.
The London Region

Kelvin Lyons has been with the Company since he was 16 Years old and has been an absolute “rock” to this Business. Kelvin has progressed through the ranks during some very difficult times and we are all so proud of this latest achievement. His new position is yet another great opportunity for this very likeable lad which is again gratitude for his loyalty and devotion for so many years to this Company.

Associate Director – John Wheatley
Sean Dailey started at the business over 4 years ago after 20 plus years experience at Mitie. His vast wealth of experience was crucial to help strengthen the structure of the Business whilst it was going through its rapid growth. Sean has played a major part in helping the business progress to where it is today, and therefore fully deserves this great opportunity to develop and grow this Regional office.
John Wheatley joined the business from Mitie nearly 4 years ago. John immediately made an impact to the business by fitting in well and gaining respect with all his work colleagues. John has a great attitude and loyalty and deserves this promotion which is again testament to his commitment and will be a great opportunity for him to progress this Regional office.
Like most Companies we have gone through some difficult times throughout this pandemic however these changes will not only freshen up the business but will make us more efficient.
